A trained protection dog, not just a trained puppy.
Every dog that leaves My K9 Guardian is either bred and raised by us in Clarksville, Arkansas, or personally imported, and every dog is trained here before placement. We do not broker dogs. You are buying from the people who raised and trained the dog.
Our fully trained personal protection dogs have:

- Proofing around vehicles, crowds and distraction
- A temperament suited to family life, not just the field
Trained adults, young adults and older puppies in training.
All dogs under a year old are considered “older puppies” in training. We also have adult and young adult protection dogs. Contact us if you are interested in a trained adult.

What comes with your dog.
- Written health guarantee. We walk you through the terms before you buy.
- Owner hand-off training. A protection dog is only as good as the person handling it, so we train you too.
- Delivery to you. We deliver the dog to the buyer, anywhere in the United States.
- Come meet the dog. Serious buyers can visit us in Clarksville, Arkansas and meet the dog in person.
Some of our dogs carry titles and some do not, depending on the dog. Ask us about any dog you are considering and we will tell you what it has.
Who these dogs are for.
Our dogs are not for everyone. They require committed, non-couch-potato owners who will keep up the training. We place dogs with families who want a protector that is just as stable around the people they love, and with executives and security-minded owners who need genuine protection at home.
My K9 Guardian is application-based. We work with a limited number of households and professionals each year so every dog is placed correctly, not just sold.
Why European working-line German Shepherds.
The German Shepherd was founded in 1899 by Max von Stephanitz as a working animal judged on structure, nerve and drive. Over the last century many show lines were bred toward a certain look and gait, softening the nerve and drive that make a protection dog. The European working lines we breed and import trace to dogs proven under real pressure on the East German and Czech borders during the Cold War. That working heritage is what we build every dog on.
Who you will be working with.
Dean & Dusty Norbeck own and run My K9 Guardian. They have raised and trained working dogs for over 10 years, both served in the military, and now raise their family alongside the dogs, which gives every dog and puppy real exposure to family life.
